Where does WetBrush ship?

We currently ship within the United States.  If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please be patient as we may take a little longer to get to you.

How long will it take to get my WetBrush goodies?

We know that you are excited about your order and we will do everything we can to get it to you as quickly as possible. 

Once your order is placed, we process it, wrap it with love and ship it out!  You can expect your products within 5-7 days depending on where you live. 

How do I know which WetBrush is right for me?

Most of our products work on all types of hair textures and you can learn more about them on their product pages. If you are still not sure, you can always reach out to us at[email protected].

What do I do if my order is damaged?

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with a picture of the damage and your order number.

What happens if I ordered WetBrush on Amazon and there is a problem? 

We’re sorry, we can accept returns only for products purchased on WetBrush.com. Products purchased from one of our retail partners should be returned to the place of purchase.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as you confirm your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
